Photos and creations

Photo selection, background removal, editing, and sticker rendering run on the user's device. Packmoji does not upload photos, captions, pack names, or exported files to its servers, does not sell them, and does not use them to train AI models.

Packmoji stores source photos, cutouts, rendered stickers, and editable project data in app-private storage. Cloud backup of app files is disabled. Direct device-to-device transfer may be provided by Android when the user moves to a new device.

Diagnostics and app services

Packmoji uses Google Firebase services for:

• Aggregated usage analytics
• Crash diagnostics
• Remote configuration and operational notices
• Push notification delivery

Depending on the service and device settings, Google Firebase may receive app interactions, crash and device information, app identifiers, IP-derived information, and a push-notification registration token. Packmoji analytics events do not contain photos, captions, pack names, or file paths.

Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Packmoji receives purchase status and product identifiers needed to unlock paid features, but does not receive or store payment-card details.

These service providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Packmoji does not sell personal data or use collected data for third-party advertising.

Sharing and export

Nothing is shared until the user chooses an export, share, WhatsApp, Telegram, print, or purchase action. The receiving app or service handles that data under its own privacy policy. Copies already exported or shared are outside Packmoji's app-private storage.

Retention and deletion

Local creations remain on the device until the user removes them, clears app data, or uninstalls Packmoji. Temporary files can be cleared from Settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not remove copies previously exported or shared.

Google controls retention for Firebase and Google Play data under the settings and policies of those services. Contact Packmoji using the address below for privacy questions or requests concerning data controlled by the app publisher.

Children

Packmoji is a general-audience creator tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this policy and publishing the revised policy at the same public URL.
